In my journey through life fate brought me to this beautiful English land and it is there that the idea was born, first as a hobby, which over time became my passion. What started as an idea, is today a great life project, and is growing as a personal venture and an opportunity.
Today my pastry art goes hand in hand with my clients, enriched by their contributions, suggestions and tastes, and generating confidence in my work, at the same time encouraging my clients to share with me the quality of this beautiful art of pastry modelling.
